I hate to call them "Glamour Shots" cause of the stereo typical ones you saw in the 80's & 90's or the one's from ND like "Glamour Shots By Deb"

....but it's what I do.....bring out the "inner model" in YOU! MY Glamour Shots are basically a package deal of Styling Hair, Makeup & then a photo shoot that makes you look like a hottie. Contact me for more info. (Contact info is above my profile)

The most recent ones that I did were of a Mother and Daughter. I'm also their Hairstylist and they've recently had their hair colored, so you can see their Before and After's when I post them on my hairstyling blog. But here are my favorites from their photo shoot.

Mother/Daughter

~Christensen Wedding~

Photographing the Christensen wedding was my first "official" wedding shoot....and it wasn't even that official. But it was a grand experience and I learned a lot from it.

I was thankful for their patience as I took family shots and then these private shots of the couple that took a while, but I've posted a select few of my favorites to highlight on this site.

I hope they were happy with them. I of course am my worst critic.....but there are one's I am quite proud of for being a first timer!

This is the only shot that the bride actually set up.

She gave me complete freedom on the rest of the shots, but she was the one who suggested to lean up against the tree and it made for a great backdrop.

These were taken in color, but I liked them better in a warm B&W cause it reminded me of the color of the actual statues. I love the representation of the bride & groom in the foreground of the statues. At the temple grounds they aren't necessarily posed as "man & wife" even though they're sitting together. But they do look like they're contemplating it.

I love to get in real close when they don't even know it. I just love this picture, cause he's probably saying something like, "When is this going to be over!"

Last but not least my favorite shot. I mean, only to a professional would it be a good shot. It's my favorite, cause it was my first time playing with aperture. Still it's not the greatest shot....I'm my own worst critic again and the sky wasn't the prettiest of colors that day.....it would've helped if her bouquet was a bolder color and not white!......but still the shot worked for me and I know I can do it again, someday. That's what counted for me. Like I said I'm still learning. I mean, I'm no dummy when it comes to photography, but I'm still amateur compared to the pro's of the PRO Professional world out there.....but that's another topic.

On a wedding day, there's no one more beautiful than the bride. This one shone like the noon day sun and I'm not just saying that cause I know her. She radiated beauty....and I have the pictures to prove it:

As part of the wedding photography, it's not only imperative to capture the most intimate day of the bride and groom, but also their family and friends surrounding them. Some of it's cute and some of it's zany and some of it's cute & zany, but this is the result none the less:
