What this blog is all about....

I'm a hobby photographer, occasionally doing professional jobs for friends and acquaintances when I can. I've always enjoyed the art and joy photography can bring since I was a child and it's only been recently in the last few years that I've been able to learn the skills that go along with the art. There is so much to know and I'm continually learning!

I'm a busy mom, wife and social butterfly & I also have a part-time hairstyling business so it's hard to find the time to enjoy my hobby, but over the years I have found the time to capture my world through a camera lens.

This blog is to showcase not only my work, but the world through my eyes. What I consider art. A pretty flower, a beautiful building, a wild animal, a babbling brook, a majestic mountainside, a loving couple, a tender child, a happy family....whatever it may be, we are all God's creations. Whether the subject is happy, sad, or the the timing is most comical, it brings me joy and happiness to have captured even a moment of it's life in a most intimate way.
